TRANSFORM YOUR DAUGHTER'S LIFE.
In a world where you an be anything, be yourself. Easier said then done, especially for pre-teen and teenage girls. With their daily distractions, social media influences and challenges to fit in, there may be no harder job right now than being a teen girl. Being able to love yourself for who you are and stay true to what you want can be a daily challenge, so we have created a camp and a space where they can do just that.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Have your daughter join our herd of horses for a camp dedicated to leaving the drama at the door. Here, the girls will learn from a horse in a non-judgemental and safe environment on how to communicate, problem solve, negotiate and work in a team. They will understand the importance of using their voice and standing up for themselves and the value of surrounding themselves with positive influences.
Empower U will help give them the tools to transform the way they think about themselves and be proud of who they are, just the way they are. There will be mindfulness sessions, crafts, camp fires, nature walks, equine facilitated wellness and FRIENDS!!!
