Easier said than done isn’t it? Since the beginning of time women have been the ones to care, love and move mountains to make sure everyone else is looked after in and around her life. We get so busy, we float through life, and we can easily lose our way in our very short life. It can be so noisy in the world that we can no longer hear our calling, our purpose, our core of what we want, how to be happy, or for that matter who the heck we are. 

First, know that where you are, is where you need to be right now. To be ready to take the next step, find the next direction, and begin to solve the questions in your life to be able to take the next leap with confidence, joy, courage and personal development. Like every human being, we want to be happy, to be loved, to love, to be able to live with our heads held high, to have the respect of the choices we make in our lives and to be able to share all this with the ones we love. Even the dictionary explains selfish in a negative way, so how the heck do we change our thoughts to look after ourselves first - to love ourselves FIRST. This is the key to helping others more profoundly. One of the greatest examples of this, is when we are on an airplane - we are to always put on our oxygen mask first, and then assist others. The intention of who we are is everything, and IF we do not know who that is anymore, it’s tough to change our thoughts.
