Sometimes the dreams of one or two turn into the healing of many…. and that is what you will experience during this weekend retreat. September is the perfect time for you to fall in love with yourself and grant yourself permission to be fearless and JOYFUL. The team at EmPower U Equine have partnered with Christalee Froese of the More Joy Movement and created a soulful experience like nothing else.
Let your worries escape you in our Freedom Fireside Session and restore your inner peace with rise and shine yoga. You will have guidance from a Life Coach and learn more about who you are and what you want from the herd while you take part in Equine Facilitated Wellness sessions. From campfires to a barn dance and hiking in the wilderness you will see your life in colour and most importantly be surrounded by a new tribe for women.

The catered meals and ranch style accommodations will let you step back from your worries and step forward into your most Authentic Self. The total investment in yourself is $895.

Location & Accommodations Available:
We are located outside of the town of Nipawin, Saskatchewan. You will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the prairies where you’ll have the opportunity to experience the calm, quiet stillness that can only come from leaving the hectic city behind. Minimal light pollution means clear night skies filled with breathtaking stars.

OFFSITE ACCOMMODATIONS:
Accommodations are available in Nipawin just a five-minute drive from the ranch at the Northern Greens Resort (www.northerngreens.sk.ca) where you can expect free continental breakfast and free wireless high-speed internet access.
If you want to enjoy the beauty of our local lake, just a short 10-minute drive from the ranch is The Shorebird Inn (www.shorebird.com) located in the resort village of Tobin Lake.
Please note, offsite accommodations and transportation to and from the centre are not included. If you require transportation, we will be happy to assist you in making arrangements.
